Cancellations: Most orders cannot be cancelled due to automatic fulfillment. You can submit a cancellation request by emailing us with your name and order number at support@allterraindepot.com and if possible we will cancel your order. We can recall shipments from some carriers, and the fee is typically around $30 to do so. We only offer this option for orders over $50 not including shipping. If you request us to recall a package, the applicable charges will be deducted from your refund.Any item that is make to order such as AMR Racing or 300 Industries carries a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Returns:

We understand that occasionally a customer will purchase an item that does not fit their needs. We are committed to working on an individual basis with our customers to solve any issues, and provide the best possible service. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order to us within the first 30 days after delivery- restrictions apply. Products may receive a restocking fee, and certain items such as electronics cannot be returned. 

Minimum restocking fee: $10, or 10%, whichever is larger. Restocking fees vary based on the condition of the return, and are not limited to 10%. 

Electronics can not be returned. All sales are final for a electrical items. Most items carry manufacturer warranty, and you will be responsible for working with the manufacturer for replacement if the product is faulty. We can assist with manufacturer contact information if needed. 

Only new items can be returned. Used, damaged, or items attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Not new can also be: dirty or greasy fingerprints on components, opened hardware packages, any protective films removed, etc.. Items returned in any condition other than brand new, or with missing contents will be assessed restocking fees up to 100% if we deem the item not sell-able as new. In the case of an item that cannot be accepted if sent back, you have the opportunity to have it shipped back to you. Any item covered by the manufacturer warranty cannot be returned, and is to be handled with the manufacturer.

Returns sent back without a RMA being requested via email at support@allterraindepot.com may be rejected. 

To make your return as easy as possible, review the following checklist for what items are required for a return.

All returns must include:

  • Product(s) Ordered in Original New Condition
  • Original Packaging 
  • All Included Accessories & Materials 
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) – This will be provided to you by a customer service expert when you schedule your return. To obtain an RMA, please contact one of our customer service experts Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by email at support@allterraindepot.com.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. 

Returns that are a result of our error, a credit or replacement will be issued plus reimbursement of any freight charges incurred if approved prior to returning.

**Windshields**

Windshields ship with a protective film. If this film is removed by the customer it can no longer be returned, as it voids the new condition of the item.

Damaged Shipments

You should immediately inspect the order upon delivery and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends) at support@allterraindepot.com

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you will need to contact the manufacturer. All warranty service for customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Please check your owner's manual for the customer service number of the manufacturer of the product you purchased. If you cannot locate the number, please email us at support@allterraindepot.com

 

Custom made products

Any item that is make to order will receive a 50% restocking fee. Including, but not limited to AMR Racing graphic kits, and 300 industries grille and accessories.

We will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. All warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased.
